Rules and Regulations for use of the Astroturf

• No metal blades or metal studs to be worn on the facility.
• Dress appropriately, no jeans or jewellery, sportswear only.
• Do not litter, please use the bins provided.
• Do not climb the fencing. Please use the provided entrance/exit gates.
• Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance through the leisure centre. Any club not turning up without prior notice will be charged at their normal rate, 3 no shows without appropriate cancellation will result in the booking being terminated.
• Smoking and alcohol are strictly forbidden.
• Excessive noise or swearing will not be tolerated.
• Any club paying week by week MUST pay for their session on the day of the booking, 3 non-payments will result in the club booking being terminated.
• Violence will not be tolerated.
• Any booking finishing at 8.30pm MUST vacate the Astroturf as quickly as possible, as floodlights will be switched off.
• Any bags and belongings left on the Astroturf are done so at owners risk.
• Any lost property found will be kept at the centre for one month.
• Clubs must not use the grass areas to train on before or after their booking.
• Please respect the changing facilities. They will be checked after each booking to ensure they are not abused.
• All clubs must finish their booking promptly. Please respect other clubs by not entering the Astroturf early or leaving late.
• Please inform Leisure Centre staff of any faulty equipment, the problem will be rectified as soon as possible.

John Henry Leisure Centre with hold the right to immediately cancel all bookings of any clubs that do not follow the rules and regulations.
