Knights Fitness Classes
We run a range of fitness classes at Knights Templar Sports Centre, from Aerobics to Pilates, and from Spinning to Body Combat. All Classes (with the exception of Vertical Fitness) are FREE to members. Download our Fitness Class Timetable for more information.

Our Fitness Membership (mimimum age for membership is 16) includes:

Service Plan
All new members start with our Service Plan, which consists of a Wellness Introduction, Workouts 1 & 2, Consultation and Personal Programme which can also be designed for you to achieve your fitness goals.
Fitness Testing
- Body stat test – Measures body composition.
- Sit and Reach test – flexibility test.
- Vo2 Max Test - Measures the oxygen you consume whilst exercising.
- Max Strength Test - Measure your strength.
- Measurements - Keep track of your body measurements.
