Gym Rules and Etiquette

• Gym users must be 13+ for specific wildcat sessions
• Gym users must be 16+  for normal gym sessions
• Please store all bags and personal belongings in the lockers provided.
• Please wipe down machines after use.
• Respect other gym users and staff.
• Limit time on machines during busy periods.
• No eating in the fitness area.
• Suitable clothing to be worn while exercising (e.g. indoor shoes, appropriate outfits).
• No smoking in the facility.
• Please use changing areas provided.
• Do not misuse any of the equipment.
• Children should only use the gym equipment under supervision from an instructor during pre-set wildcat times.
• You must return free weights to the racks after use.
• Please use water bottles. No cups, glasses or cans in the gym.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
