The spacious Main Hall offers Basketball, Netball, Five-a-side Football, Volleyball, Badminton, Short Tennis, Table Tennis, Trampolining and Indoor Cricket Nets.

The air-conditioned Fitness@shephall gym is fitted with 26 cardio-vascular and resistance stations plus free weights and abdominal crunchers. A spacious light Dance Studio hosts various classes eg. Aerobics and Step.

The centre provides a room for Conferences and Meetings. This holds approximately 20 delegates.
