All classes advertised within the dance studio programme are part of the FIT scheme dance studio.
Wildcats
These are supervised gym sessions for 14-16 year olds in the fitness suite. Inductions take place on Tuesday and Thursday at 16.00.

To improve your golf performance and longevity, it is not only important to have the right equipment and a good teaching professional, but also an improved level of fitness. To help you achieve this, SLL have specially designed the Optimal Golf Season Ticket, which also includes Gold & Platinum Membership Options.
To play optimal golf you have to improve your cardiovascular conditioning. Playing golf is not enough to improve your health & fitness level. Having an improved level of cardiovascular fitness will enable you to maintain your energy levels, fight fatigue, and stay mentally focused in order to sink that last putt on the 18th!
This is why we are introducing an option where you can enjoy your golf, but also have unlimited fitness and swimming included within your membership.

Our fitness facility, fitness@tlc, is based at the Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre.
Take advantage of unlimited use of over 90 stations of top of the range equipment, which includes all of the latest Hammer Strength kit, Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes and Steppers. We complement this with a Cardio Theatre, a Spin Bike Studio, Dance Studio and Fitlinxx. Fitlinxx is a computerised, virtual training partner. Our expert fitness consultants are always on hand to assist you.

The Stevenage Swimming Centre Pool have a streamlined, underwater lit, 33m main pool which is "level decked", thus allowing easy access for all.
