Terms & Conditions

The Gordon Craig Theatre terms and conditions:

1. Admission – The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
2. Alterations – The management reserves the right to cancel or alter classes, courses and events. Casting, progamming and seating alterations are at the managements discretion.
3. Ticket Refunds - We regret ticket money cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled, where only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
4. The Resale of Tickets - Tickets will only be offered for re-sale once a performance has sold out, and in which case there will be a 10% handling fee. Booking fees for exchanges paid for by credit card will not be refunded. If sold, gift vouchers (NOT cash) will be issued to the value of the balance. All exchanges and refunds are at the management’s discretion.
5. Smoking – The Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre which includes The Gordon Criag Theatre is a no smoking building.
6. Cameras – The use of cameras and any kind of recording apparatus is strictly prohibited in the Gordon Craig Theate or Main Hall.
7. Mobile Phones – The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the Gordon Craig Theatre or Main Hall.
8. Latecomers – Performances start promptly at the advertised time. Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable pause in the programme before being shown to their seats.
9. Cloakroom - For your comfort and convenience, a free cloakroom is available for all performances. We can also accept pushchairs, prams and wheelchairs. Items are left at the owners risk.
