Kinesis Studio

Kinesis is a unique resistance based training system. All the sessions have an instructor who will set a circuit for the class. The Methesis Spa

Discover a sanctuary of calm and harmony, where mood lighting, gentle ambient music and the smell of essential oils will soothe your senses.

The Methisis Spa boasts Klafs equipment including a saunarium, a steamroom, fun showers and a relaxation area. The Methesis Spa is the ideal way to ease tense, tired muscles or simply to relax and enjoy yourself. All installations are purpose build and designed uniquely for the Wellness Centre by Klafs, one of Europe's leading quality spa manufacturers.

Beauty Within

The Wellness Centre is delighted to welcome Beauty Within the Methesis Spa and is excited to announce that they will be introducing a range of treatments including: Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Holistic massages, Bio Sculptures and facials using products ranging from Dermalogica and Jessica with more luxury brands to be introduced soon!

The Methesis Spa features:

• A saunarium for up to 8 persons. This has dry heat operated by an element that constantly turns, ensuring that all areas of the cabin have the same temperature. It is similar to a sauna but has a low humidiy, which allows the user to remain comfortable for longer.
• A steam room which features heated benching and flooring, cold-water hose down points and a unique extra steam feature.
• Two feature shower pods. Experience cold plunge, massage or tropical sensation showers all with heated bench surrounds.
• A relaxation area with 6 recliner loungers and heated benching.
• Mood Lighting.
• Two relaxing treatment rooms.
• Private male / female shower and changing facilities.
• Direct Access onto poolside via a swipe system.

Private Bookings

The Methesis Spa can be exclusively yours for 2-3 hours. It is perfect for hen parties, corporate business or purely to enjoy a wonderful relaxing evening.
